Prospecting
Leads from Google Maps, Instagram and a B2B database, straight into a pipeline stage.
Pick the source and tell XBASE what you are looking for and where. It brings back businesses with phone, website, socials, rating or followers, flags who is already in your CRM and sends the ones you pick to your pipeline. No spreadsheet, no copying listing by listing.

How it works
From the right source to your pipeline in four steps.
Prospecting lives inside Contacts. It searches the source you pick, you review, and the businesses land in your pipeline as contacts.
- 1
Pick the source
Google Maps for local businesses, Instagram for brands that live there, B2B Companies for companies with a LinkedIn page.
- 2
Say what and where
The topic or keyword, as you would type it in a search, and the city or region when the source asks for one.
- 3
You choose
Filter, sort, discard the ones that don't fit and check the businesses worth contacting.
- 4
Into the pipeline
Pick the pipeline and the stage. Each business becomes a contact, with its conversation in that stage.
No spreadsheet in between
The list you used to build listing by listing arrives ready to review. And it goes from the screen straight into your pipeline, no copy and paste.
Three sources
Every kind of customer lives somewhere.
Pick the source for the people you want to find. The list, the filters and sending to the pipeline work the same in all three.
Local businesses
Google Maps
By topic and city, with mobile and landline split, website, Instagram, rating and reviews. The broad search brings up to 500 businesses and the emails found on each website.
Brands on Instagram
Instagram
Profiles by a keyword in the bio, with handle, followers and verified badge. Mobile number and email come in when they are in the bio. Up to 100 profiles per search, private ones left out.
B2B companies
Companies with a LinkedIn page
By keyword and location, with website, LinkedIn page, industry, headcount and address. Up to 200 companies per search.
Criteria before volume
Filters that separate who is worth contacting.
Turn your ideal customer profile into filters. Some go out with the search, others XBASE applies to the list that came back.
Mobile only
Splits mobile from landline and keeps only businesses with a mobile number, the kind of number that usually has WhatsApp. On Instagram, it is the number the person put in the bio.
Rating and reviews
On Google Maps, minimum rating and minimum number of reviews, so you start with businesses that have traction.
With or without a website
With a website, without one, or both. If you sell websites and marketing, a business without a site is the opportunity.
Instagram and email
Keep only businesses with Instagram or email, so you have more than one way to reach them.
Google category
Narrow it down to the Google categories you care about, like “dental clinic”, and cut what came in by mistake.
Already in CRM
Existing contacts are flagged, by Google place, Instagram handle, LinkedIn page or phone, and can be left out of the list entirely.
Review and send
You review the list. XBASE organizes the pipeline.
Review the list before sending.
Quick filters with counts, search inside the list, sorting and actions on each business: open the website or the profile, copy the phone or discard it. Need the list elsewhere? Export to Excel or CSV.
Each business lands in a pipeline stage.
Pick the pipeline and the stage. The business becomes a contact with what the source brought: name, phone (the mobile number for WhatsApp and the landline for calls), email, website, address and industry, and gets a conversation in that stage. If it was already a contact, its conversation moves to the stage you chose. At the end, XBASE shows how many contacts were created, how many already existed and how many changed stage.
An honest limit
Prospecting doesn't send messages, neither on WhatsApp nor on Instagram Direct. Outreach is up to your team, the way you set it up for that stage.
First contact done right
Prospecting that doesn't burn your number.
On WhatsApp, a business may only message people who gave it their number and agreed to receive messages. People who get messages they didn't ask for can block and report you, and that lowers your number's quality. The same care applies on Instagram.
- 01
Call or send an email
Use the landline, mobile or email from the search for the first contact, with what the search showed: neighborhood, rating, website, followers.
- 02
Ask to continue on WhatsApp
Once the business agrees, the conversation continues on official WhatsApp, in the inbox, with AI suggesting the replies.
- 03
Track it by stage
Move the card as the conversation progresses and see how many conversations go from one stage to the next.
For anyone who sells to businesses
One search, many ways to sell.
Marketing agencies
Businesses without a website or with few reviews
On Google Maps, filter businesses without a website or with few reviews in your city and offer a website, paid traffic or reputation care.
Suppliers and distributors
The points of sale in your region
Restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies or repair shops across a whole neighborhood, with phone and address, for your team to call or visit.
Software and B2B services
Companies of the right size
In the B2B database, search by keyword and location and see headcount and LinkedIn page before reaching out.
Brands on Instagram
Businesses that sell through their bio
Bakeries, clothing stores and studios that show their WhatsApp in the bio, with followers and verified badge to decide where to start.
Pricing
You pay per search. XBASE charges nothing extra.
Each search is paid from the prepaid balance of the data account you connect to XBASE the first time. The cost shows on screen after each search, and the balance sits at the top of Prospecting.

How the work is split
Automation opens. AI suggests. Your team closes.
Each part does what it does best, inside the same conversation.
Your team closes
Each conversation becomes a card in the pipeline. The team changes the stage, books the meeting and sends the proposal without leaving the conversation.
